The GS1 Romania Solution Provider Programme helps build these relationships between the companies which uses, one way or another, the GS1 Global Standards and its suppliers of solutions, services and / or products.

By adhering the National Programme managed by GS1 Romania meant for solutions, service and/or products which have a connection with the integrated, global GS1 System of Standards, you will have access to the latest specialised information, knowledge, expertise and counselling. The membership of the GS1 Romania Solution Provider Programme can be obtained by the companies supplying products, services and / or solutions supporting or being based on the use of the GS1 Global Standards for supply chains, meaning:

- Bar codes of any generation
- Electronic business messaging
- Global data synchronisation
- Radio frequency identification through the EPCglobal Network

GS1 Romania Solution Provider Programme is meant for companies active in the following domains:

- Hardware and consumable suppliers
- Print and packaging service providers
- Application service providers

- Software and eCommerce solution providers
- Online services provider
- Consultants
- Training providers.

By adhering the National Programme, based on the degree of participation your organisation requires (GS1 Romania ALLIANCE Solution Provider, GS1 Romania GOLD Solution Provider, GS1 Romania PLATINUM Solution Provider), the companies can benefit of:

- business opportunities;
- promotional opportunities of the company and its products/services/solutions;
- networking, by including your experts in working groups and facilitate / intermediate contact with other experts in particular fields of interest;

In order to become a member of the GS1 Romania Solution Provider Programme and start benefiting from this quality, your organisation has to voluntarily commit to observe theGS1 Romania Best Practice Code for Solution Providers.

The adherence to the Programme requires, also, your organisation commitment to observe the GS1 Global System.
