CEROM
The offers from the Web pages and the electronic catalogue become an attractive way for the buyers. So, the producers of any kind goods, must be able to develop the e-commerce. Challenged with this trend, the costs are the main reasons for the adaptability problems of little or middle companies.CEROM® is a cheap solution to provide for this type of users anything they need to be “EDI able”, to develop commercial trades in virtual channels.
Applications like LiteEDI wipes off the differences between the the big companies, EDI integrated and the little ones without an EDI integration. With a WAN service provider support, the EDI able company cannot distinguish, technically or coordinative between a EDI partner and a LiteEDI one.
CEROM® is a hard-soft complex, with a service center that contains EDI services and Lite-EDI component parts, according to EANCOM standards besides its own SGBD, able to work with access from X400 networks and Internet.
CEROM® was designed to store two types of information:
- commercial information about companies;
- commercial information about products, logistic and delivery units.
The logistic units are described with all the necessary details in EDI documents for expedition (DESADV) and transport (IFTMIN) and the delivery units are described with all the necessary data for invoicing (INVOIC) and payment (Electronic Founds Transfer) by EDI.
The access structure to CEROM :
CEROM®is three different levels structured:The first level: “Visitor” , without a subscription, it may see limited information about the producers and their commercially products list.
The second level: “B Subscription owner society” , based on an account and a password ,it may read data on any product or partner, it may order and it may receive orders in EOS system.
The third level: “A Subscription owner society” , based on an account and a password it may write its own products offer and it may update this offer in a dynamic way by WebEDI tools, it may read the contained offers and it can execute e-commerce operations.
