Receiving
Item, case, or pallet labels are scanned upon receipt. Information regarding handling, storage location or the content of the delivery compared to the despatch advice or outstanding order can be provided at this point. If the goods have been received as part of a mixed pallet, they can either be stored as a whole (identified by the pallets serial number) or broken down. An electronic receipt advice is sent to the supplier who in turn replies with an electronic invoice.
